Mahua Flower Recipe 👉 Traditionally mahua flower juice is used for the treatment of various skin conditions. Pour the milk slowly into the yolk mixture whisking continuously to avoid cooking the eggs.
Wash the flowers vigorously at least two times to clean them properly. Ingredients 5 kg Mahua Flower 15 kg Sugar adjust brix to 22 1 gm Campden 5 gm Floral Wine yeast use cider yeast also instead. Add the boiled jaggery water to the pan and stir continuously untill everything comes together.
Soak them for 3-4 hours.
